As outlined in the Open Science Policy of the University of Trento, the Open Science Committee is structured into three working groups, each responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Policy by drafting regulations and guidelines for the following key thematic areas:
• Institutional Repository, Training, and Communication
• Publishing
• Research Data, Infrastructure and Resources
These working groups also play a crucial role in raising awareness within the academic community regarding Open Science topics, such as the organization of training and outreach events, and act as the operational arm of the Committee, working directly with the academic structures (Departments and Research Centres).
Each working group consists of:
• The Rector’s Delegate (*);
• A representative from the relevant administrative offices (**);
• Members of the Open Science Committee;
• One or more expert contributors (***) selected from academic and administrative staff with expertise in the respective fields.
