A seminar cycle, promoted by the University’s Open Science Commission, which addresses the fundamental pillars of the Open Science movement. These topics are cross-disciplinary and serve as a reference for further specific sectoral insights.
The actions undertaken and the results achieved, the documents produced and the ongoing collaborations, thanks to the work of the Open Science Committee, are now presented in a unified manner on web pages directly accessible from the official website: these serve as a tool for internal and external dissemination, as well as a forum for discussion on the Institutional Repository, the University Press, Research Data and other areas of development that may be pursued.
The conference aims to investigate the interaction between the various legal instruments involved in the field of clinical data and research, and Open Science for health and clinical trial data. It addresses the subject from multiple perspectives, focusing on European Union laws, while employing a comparative approach and methodology that takes into account the complex regulatory framework.
Del patrimonio culturale dell’umanità fanno parte opere dell’ingegno i cui diritti economici d’autore sono scaduti e, in grande quantità, opere che non sono mai state protette dal diritto d’autore come il David di Michelangelo e l’Uomo Vitruviano di Leonardo da Vinci. Queste ultime rappresentano una porzione notevole del patrimonio culturale, in quanto le leggi del diritto d’autore occupano una minuscola frazione della storia dell’uomo. Basti ricordare.........
